Alexandra Fillios

Alexandra Fillios, 81, of Liberty Township, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at home, surrounded by her family. She was born in Greece on September 20, 1942 to parents, Elias and Ekaterina (Katsamakis) Nikolis.

Alexandra was a very active member of Holy Trinity - St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, always helping with the church festival. She loved being outside, working in her gardens. But her greatest joy was her family. She adored spending time with her grandkids and especially hanging out and working with her boys and grandsons at Skyline Chili.

Alexandra is survived by her sons, Elias (Mary) Fillios, Nicholas (Amy) Fillios & Phillip (Sherry) Fillios; grandsons, Andrew (Katelynn) Fillios & Alex Fillios; step-grandchildren, Emi (Sutton) Smith, Abbie Hurlburt & Rachel Roll; and step-great grandchildren, Oliver Smith & Maisie Smith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 45 years, Hercules L. Fillios; and her siblings.

Funeral Services were held at Holy Trinity-St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in Cincinnati, with Father Mark Emroll officiating. Interment was at Spring Grove Cemetery.
