Alice A. Horn

Alice A. Horn, 71, of Middletown, Ohio, died on Thursday, January 8, 2004, at her residence. She was born in Middletown, Ohio on December 30, 1932 to Edward and Elizabeth (Pulliam) Harpring.

Mrs. Horn worked for K-Mart, retiring in 2003 after 25 years of service. She was a member of Holy Family Parish and the Wildwood Golf Club.

Alice is survived by her husband, Donald E. Horn of Middletown; one daughter, Helen L. Warren of Trenton, OH; three sons, Donald E. (Anne) Horn, Jr., Gerald E. (Beth) Horn both of Middletown, OH, and Andrew A. (Kim) Horn of Milford, OH; three sisters, Liddy (Paul) Fox of Miamisburg, OH, Myra Olinger of Cincinnati, OH, and Margaret Aigeltinger of Tyler, TX; one brother, Edward (Marilyn) Harpring of Middletown, OH; four grandchildren, Heather Warren, Abigail Horn, Shelby Horn, and Justin Horn; and one great grandchild, Brandon Sewell.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Helen Harpring; and a brother, James Harpring.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, January 13, 2004 at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Parish - Holy Trinity Church with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be Monday from 5-8 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr. Entombment will be at Woodside Mausoleum.
