Alta L. Perry

Alta L. Perry, 95, of Middletown, died Thursday, November 3, 2005, at Willow Knoll Retirement Community. She was born in West Liberty, Kentucky on May 22, 1910 to parents Newton and Ida (Elam) Lewis.

Alta is survived by one daughter, Patricia A. (Tom) Richardson of Middletown; a granddaughter, Karen Griffin; and great grandsons, Dylan & Dalton Griffin.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Perry in 1993; her parents; an infant daughter, Phyllis Perry; brothers, Clavis Lewis, Frank Lewis, and Espie Lewis; and granddaughter, Karla Richardson.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, November 7, 2005 at 12:00 NOON at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.) with Reverend Russell Terrell officiating. Visitation will be Monday, prior to the service, from 11-12:00 NOON at the funeral home. Interment will be at Miami Cemetery in Corwin.
