Ann Jeannette Tierney Coughlen Revelos, 81, of Middletown, Ohio, died on August 12,
2004, at The Gables at Middletown. She was born in Lorain, Ohio, on October 8, 1922, to James E. and Margaret (Poland) Tierney, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Revelos retired as Art Director at the Smurfit Company, after a 40 year career in commercial art, package design and sales. She had been an active member of
First Presbyterian Church since 1954. She was involved with the Middletown Arts Center, Friends of the Sorg, The Art Study Club, and Middfest.
She is survived by her husband, George C. Revelos; two daughters: Dallas Lee
(Coughlen) Gonzales and husband Serge of Athens, GA, and Rob Ann (Coughlen)
Tomlinson and husband Brad of Wellesley, MA; one sister: Margaret Tierney Fowler of
Cincinnati, OH; granddaughters, Tess and Emma Tomlinson, and nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service celebrating her life will be held Friday, August 20, 2004, at 11:00 AM at First Presbyterian Church with The Reverend Karen Haak officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
