Annetta K. Havens, 62, of Trenton, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at the James Cancer Center at Ohio State University. Born on October 22, 1961, in Middletown, Ohio, she was the beloved daughter of Margie (Goodpaster) Ashcraft and the late Robert Ashcraft.
Annetta dedicated 39 years of her life to serving customers as a customer service manager at Kroger, where she was known for her kindness and unwavering commitment to her work. Her warm spirit and genuine smile touched the hearts of many, and she formed lasting friendships with colleagues and customers alike.
A devoted wife, Annetta shared 43 wonderful years with her husband, Danny Havens. Together, they built a loving family that will forever cherish her memory. Annetta is survived by her son, William "Billy" Kidd; daughters, Jennifer Kidd, Dawn (Denny) Adkins, Jennifer Havens, and Amy DeMarco; sister, Tara (Jonathan) Cecil; 14 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, mother, and her beloved grandson, Caleb Morgan.
Annetta's love for her family was boundless, and she will be remembered for her nurturing spirit, her laughter, and her indomitable strength. She was truly loved by so many, and her legacy will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, located at 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Butler County Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Ohio Valley Chapter, P.O. Box 772373, Detroit, MI 48277.
Annetta will be missed dearly, but her love will continue to shine through all who knew her.
