Anthony Paul Martina

Anthony Paul Martina, 87, of Middletown, died Wednesday, November 13, 2013, at The Inn at Renaissance Village. He was born in West Middletown on August 19, 1926 to parents Louis and Frances A. (Sangeorgi) Martina.

Anthony worked at Certified Auto for 18 years then went to work as an electrician for Dayton Power & Light, retiring in 1989 after 38 years. He served his country in the United States Navy during World War II and was a member of the American Legion Post #218 and the VFW #3809. He was also a member of Holy Family Parish - Holy Trinity Church.

Mr. Martina is survived by his nephew, Richard (Judy) Rice. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Angeline Cox & Rose Wilson.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 11:00 am at Holy Family Parish - Holy Trinity Church, 201 Clark Street, Middletown with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:00 am at church. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
