Audrey E. James

Audrey E. James, 89, of Franklin, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at Arlington Pointe. She was born in New Castle, Kentucky on August 13, 1935 to parents, Allen and Margaret (Grant) Powell.

Audrey was a kind & faithful woman who devoted her time to making a loving home for her family. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church.

Audrey is survived by her twin sons, Ron James & Don James; three grandsons, Brandon James, Andrew (Jen) James & Dustin (Katie) James; four great grandchildren, Urijah James, Maddox James, Carter James & Camden James; numerous nieces & nephews; and many other extended family members & friends.

In addition to her parents, Audrey was preceded in death by her husband, Donald C. James; and fifteen brothers & sisters, Floyd, Glenmore, Bratty, Jack, Jesse, Wirt, Dorothy, Aline, Margaret, Frances Carroll, Bud, Red, Morris, Lillian & Larry.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with interment at Woodside Cemetery and Arboretum.
