Avery Hope Mcintyre

Avery Hope McIntyre, 1, of Middletown, passed Friday, February 19, 2016, at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 19, 2014 to parents Dan and Brittany (Bauer) McIntyre.

Avery was a miracle baby that brought joy to the hearts of so many that loved her and will miss her.

Ms. McIntyre is survived by her parents, brother, Ian McIntyre, grandparents, Art and Andrea Bauer Michael McIntyre and Rosanne McIntyre, along with many other loving family and friends.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 7:00 pm at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Pastor Matt Salyer officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 5:00 - 7:00 pm.
