Barbara Fultz

Barbara Fultz 81, of Middletown, died November 18, 2020 at Otterbein-Middletown. She was born on March 1, 1939 in Middletown, OH to Ancil and Mamie Downey.

She worked for AK Steel.

Barbara is survived by her son, Lowell T. (Tanya) Fultz II; daughter, Kristi Fultz; half-sister, Vicky Neal; grandchildren, Kari Faulkner, Ashley Fultz & Adam Fultz; nieces, Rhonda Plozay, Terri VanWinkle & Cathy Bryant; nephews, Steve Downey & Robert Napier.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Hazel Selby and Rozann Napier; brother, Ancil Downey Jr., and her grandson, Brandon Fultz.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family with entombment at Woodside Mausoleum.
