Beulah M. Stephens

Beulah M. Stephens, 91, of Trenton, passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2023 at Majestic Care of Middletown. She was born in Hazard, Kentucky on July 31, 1932 to parents, Emery and Ella (Ross) Tackett.

Beulah was a very familiar face to anyone who ate at Duff's Smorgasbord, where she was a waitress for many years. She attended the Dixie Highway Christian Center, where she participated with the "Golden Girls" group. 

Beulah is survived by her sons, Danny S. (Annetta) Havens & Kelly (Sarah) Back; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren & great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Walter Stephens; sons, Herschel Havens & Jimmy Havens; parents; brothers, Jay, James & Hargas; sisters, Sarah, Christine, Maudie & Eunice Fay; and great grandson, Caleb Morgan. 

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Hospice Care of Middletown, for their care and compassion.

Funeral Service will be Monday, October 9, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown, with Pastor David Bowling officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 12:00 noon - 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment  will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
