Billie A. Chaffins

Billie A. Chaffins, 89, of Middletown, died Wednesday, May 10, 2017, at Ohio Living Mt. Pleasant. She was born in Catlettsburg, Kentucky on November 14, 1927 to parents John Milton and Lillian Catherine (Dalton) Brown.

Billie was a wonderful mother and is survived by her son, Jeff (Julie) Chaffins; daughters, Teresa (Norm) Azbell & Kathryn Males; brother, Harold Brown; sister, Bernice Walker and many loving grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Chaffins Jr. in 2001; parents; and 11 brothers & sisters.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420-1885.
