Billy Dean Downs

Billy Dean Downs, 64, of Miamisburg, died Monday, May 22, 2017, at Hillspring of Springboro. He was born in Middletown on June 28, 1952 to parents Bennie and Nell (Birchfield) Downs.

Bill worked for Armco Steel Corp for 26 years, retiring as a foreman in 1995. He was an avid Bengals fan, holding season tickets for 45 years and was also a fan of the Cincinnati Reds.

Bill was very proud of his family and will be greatly missed by his wife, Sue (Henderson) Downs; son, Jonathan (Kim) Downs; brother, Bobby (Betty) Downs; grandchild, Kendall Downs; niece, Billy Jo Bowling; as well as many other loving family & friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, May 26, 2017 at 11:00 am at Franklin Faith Tabernacle, 7769 Sharts Rd., Springboro with Pastor Richard Gifford officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr. Middletown. Entombment will be at Woodside Mausoleum.
