Boyd L. Crouch

Boyd L. Crouch, 53, of Middletown, died Thursday, December 29, 2005, at Middletown Regional Hospital. He was born in Middletown, on February 4, 1952 to parents Ledford and Hazel (Stevens) Crouch. Boyd served his country in the United States Army.

Mr. Crouch is survived by his five children, Kelli (Shawn) Watson of Lebanon, OH, Amber (Phill) Tillison of Dublin, OH, Tiffany Crouch, Josh (Liz) Crouch, and Tina (Joe) Sparks, all of Middletown, OH; six grandchildren, Joey, Micah, Caleb, Aaron, Reagan, & Preston; his mother, Hazel Crouch; two sisters, Bonnie (Greg) Brown and Becky Crouch; and one brother, Brett (Kay) Crouch.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ledford Crouch.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, January 3, 2006 at 7:00 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.) with Reverend Shawn Watson officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 5-7 PM at the funeral home.
