Bradley Allen Chamberlain

Bradley Allen Chamberlain, 32, of Madison Township, died Monday, July 3, 2017, at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Middletown on August 8, 1984 to parents Lawrence and Kathy (Crosson) Chamberlain.

Brad was a 2003 graduate of Preble Shawnee High School and MVCTC. He worked as an ASE certified mechanic for Tony's Garage and prior to that he was a mechanic with Southern Ohio Equipment, working at AK Steel. Brad was a member of Gratis F.O.E. #4289 and enjoyed hunting, fishing and race cars.

Mr. Chamberlain is survived by his wife, Lindsey (Belcher) Chamberlain; son, Brody Chamberlain; stepchildren, Devanee & Xavier Lawson; parents, Larry & Kathy Chamberlain; brother, Justin (Amanda Neihoff) Chamberlain; and sister, Amy Chamberlain.

He was preceded in death by his stepbrother, Brian Chamberlain.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, July 10, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr., Middletown with Reverend Jamie Cagg officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery.
