Brenda G. Short

Brenda G. Short, 65, of Middletown, died Friday, June 29, 2018, at home. She was born in Hazard Ky, on October 4, 1952 to parents George and Edna (Summers) Cuddy.

Brenda was a dedicated public servant and loved working for the City of Middletown. She was a member of Women’s Auxiliary of Loyal Order of Moose #501 and part founder of the Pot Belly Pigs Riders Group of Middletown.

Mrs. Short is survived by her husband, James Short. Sons; Adam Pergram, Matthew (Wendy) Short. Daughters; Alicia (Stephen) Figliola, Gena (Brian) Huxtable. Sisters; Alma (Don) Murphy, Jenny (Sam) Rodriguez and grandchildren; Ashley Leach, David Figliola, Lorin Short and Cooper Short. Also survived by Mr. Emmitt.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents. Brothers; John Nichols, Doug Nichols and Paul Nichols. Sisters; Betty Vance and Jackie Collins.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 12:00 Noon at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Pastor Lamar Ferrell officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00-12:00pm. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
