Carla J. Mattingly

Carla J. Mattingly, 62, of Monroe, Ohio died Monday, February 12, 2018, at home.  She was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on July 25, 1955 to parents John Randall and Phyllis Catherine (Chapel) Sands.

Carla worked in the cafeteria at Daviess County Public School for 10 years.  She was a good Christian mother and loved baby-sitting.

Mrs. Mattingly is survived by her husband, Tom Mattingly; sons, Captain Lance (Kim) Mattingly & Clint Mattingly; brother, Randy Sands; sister, Lisa Sands; and grandchildren, Caitlyn, Nolan & Garrett. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, February 16, 2018 at 10:00 am at Springdale Nazarene Church, 11177 Springfield Pike, Cincinnati, Ohio with Reverend Daryl Blank officiating.  Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the church. Entombment will be at Butler County Memorial Park Mausoleum in Wayne Township.
