Carlos E. Sohrenssen

Carlos E. Sohrenssen, 82, of Middletown, died Wednesday, December 10, 2008, at Butler County Care Facility. He was born in Rose Farm, Ohio on June 4, 1926 to parents Carl Roman and Florence (Stalling) Sohrenssen.

Mr. Sohrenssen was a lifelong resident of Logan Ave. in Middletown. He had worked for Dietz Towing and was an Army veteran of World War II.

He is survived by his sons, Steve (Judith) Sohrenssen, Jerry (Terry) Sohrenssen and Rick (Cindy) Sohrenssen; daughter, Cathy (Dennis) Sohrenssen Donovan; grandchildren, Gina, Tanhya, Kim & Karl; and 5 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wives, Evelyn Sohrenssen and Louise Sohrenssen; his parents; and a grandchild, Chlaine.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, December 15, 2008 at 1:00 pm at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Pastor Patty Gamble officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 - 1:00 pm. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
