Carmel R. Burns

Carmel R. Burns, 52, of Middletown, died Sunday, July 30, 2017, at home. She was born in Hyden, Kentucky on October 26, 1964 to parents Clarence and Rena (Whitt) Smallwood.

Mrs. Burns is survived by her husband, Ricky Burns; sons, Richard Burns & Randy (Channel) Burns; sisters, Mickey (Emmit) Lawson, Sue (Gene) Bowling & Carla (Arnold) Smith; grandchildren, January Kilmer, Alexa Burns, Abigail Burns, Aidan Burns, Brooklyn Burns, Dallas Burns & Randy Burns Jr.; sisters-in-law, Ramonia (Tim) Carroll & Regina (Vince) Harrison; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and many other loving family members & friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at 12:00 noon at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr., Middletown. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
