Caroline Perkins

Mary Caroline Perkins, 55, of Middletown, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 17, 2023 at her home. She was born in Middletown on August 10, 1967.

Caroline had a very caring spirit so her career as a long-term care nurse for more than twenty years was a perfect fit.

She loved her family and will be greatly missed by her daughters, Abigail Perkins-Banks & Adrianna Perkins-Banks; mother, Karen (Lindon) Perkins; brother, Sterling Douglas Perkins; aunt, Margery (Orville) Wells, uncles, Kenneth (Kathy) Lindon & Johnny Perkins; best friend, Terry Mueller; and her beloved K-9 companion, Jasper.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles D. Perkins; and brother, Greg Perkins.

Funeral Service will be Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 12:00 noon at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown with Reverend Mark Jackson officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon at the funeral home. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery and Arboretum.
