Carolyn Faye Adams

Carolyn Faye Adams, 70, of Trenton, died Sunday, September 20, 2015, at Liberty of Middletown. She was born in Middletown on June 26, 1945 to parents Chester and Mary (Reed) Back.

Carolyn worked in the cafeteria at Bloomfield Elementary School for 15 years, retiring in 2008.

Mrs. Adams is survived by her children, Mike Adams, Tim Adams & Heather Adams; and sister-in-law, Clara Smallwood.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Adams; parents; and brothers, Seldon Gene Smallwood & Selby Smallwood.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 25, 2015 at 10:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Reverend Dr. Jerry Pitman officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Interment will be at Trissel Cemetery.
