Catherine E. Case

Catherine E. Case, 82, of Middletown, died Sunday, December 18, 2011, at her residence. She was born in Middletown on October 30, 1929 to parents Stephen and Helen (Koval) Polakovich.

Mrs. Case is survived by her daughters, Helen Case & Mary (Jim) Ryan; sister, Anna Roberts; grandchildren, Matthew Ryan & Kathryn Ryan; and will be missed by numerous friends from bowling and church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Owen Case in 2010 and her parents.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, December 22, 2011 at 11:00 am at Holy Family Parish - St. John's Church, 1405 First Avenue, Middletown with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be prior to the service from 9:30 - 10:30 AM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
