Cathy Arnold

Cathy Arnold, 54, of Monroe, died Friday, December 17, 2010, at her residence. She was born in Hamilton on April 24, 1956 to parents John A. and Catherine (Evans) Frey.

Cathy worked at the YMCA for more than 18 years, most recently as the Adult Fitness Director.

Mrs. Arnold is survived by her husband, John W. Arnold; three children, Diana Arnold, Chris (Kristina) Arnold & Kevin Arnold; parents; brothers, Frank Frey & John E. (Kendra) Frey; sisters, Vickie (Doug) Depew & Mary (Mark) Lindon; aunts & uncles, Robert & Judy Angst, Janet Evans and Sharon & Ray Snowden; two grandchildren, Ebin & Kalin Arnold; and friends, Earl & Gin Adams and John & Jane Welshofer.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Tom Frey.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, December 20, 2010 at 10:00 am at Holy Family Parish - St. John's Church, 1405 First Avenue, Middletown with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown, OH. Entombment will be at Woodside Mausoleum.

Memorial donations may be made to the Bishop Fenwick High School Cross-Country Team, 4855 State Route 122, Franklin, Ohio 45005.
