Cathyleen F. Fischer

Cathyleen F. Fischer, 65, of Mason, died Thursday, July 6, 2017, at Hospice of Hamilton. She was born in Columbus on June 5, 1952 to parents Frederick E. and Charlotte Irene (Glassburn) Coffman.

Cathyleen was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She had a trademark smile and an exemplary kindness. She was well-known for putting others---foremost being Jehovah God---before herself. Being one of Jehovah’s Witnesses was the highest priority for Cathy, and she actively told others about how God’s Kingdom is the true solution to mankind’s problems.

Mrs. Fischer is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, John D. Fischer; wonderful children, Christy (Mike) Aldred, Jairus Fischer, Jansen Fischer & Calvin Fischer; step-son, John G. Fischer; step-daughter, Kathy Mangold; grandson, Aidan Fischer; sisters, Becky Williams & Jennie (Andy) Leis; and sister-in-law, Gretchen Coffman.

She was preceded in death by her son, Jay Fischer; parents; brother, Mark Coffman; and brother-in-law, Willis Williams.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 4:00 pm at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 8493 Cincinnati Columbus Rd., West Chester with Speaker Randy Byrum officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 3:00 - 4:00 pm.
