Cecil Weldon Miller

Cecil Weldon Miller, 84, of Trenton, died Monday, June 9, 2014, at Hawthorn Glen Senior Living Campus. He was born in Covington, Kentucky on October 26, 1929 to parents Joseph and Mae (Williams) Miller.

Cecil worked as a machinist for Aeronca for 42 years. He was a member of the Monroe Church of the Nazarene and enjoyed golfing & woodworking.

Mr. Miller is survived by his wife of 64 years, Bess Rose Miller; children, Janice Miller, Jim (Pam) Miller & Sandy (Bill) Michel; brother, Jim (Carrie) Miller; sister, Eva (Tom) Leonard; 7 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Miller; mother, Mae (Everett) O'Hair; and step brother, Harold O'Hair.

The family wishes to extend special thanks to Jennifer, Pam and the nurses at Hawthorn Glen.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 11:00 am at Monroe Church of the Nazarene, 400 Macready Ave., Monroe with Reverend Stephen Grooms and Reverend Gary Jones officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at the church. Interment will be at Grace Memorial Garden.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made to Monroe Church of the Nazarene Mission Funds, 400 Macready Ave., Monroe, Ohio 45050.
