Cecilia M. Cramer

Cecilia M. Cramer, 95, of Middletown, died Monday, February 20, 2017, at Pristine Senior Living. She was born in Middletown on December 8, 1921 to parents Vernor Roy and Anna (Noble) Lay.

Cecilia was a loving wife and mother, devoting her time to making a home for her family, as well as caring for numerous other children over the years. She later worked at Chips Laundry for 10 years. She was a lifetime member of Holy Family Parish-St. John's Church.

Mrs. Cramer is survived by her sons, Bill Cramer, Bob (Angela) Cramer, Jim Cramer & Chuck (Kim) Cramer; daughter, Mona Short; 12 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Cramer; daughters, Kitty Lantis, Dixie Dunlop & Lorrie Cramer; parents; and 11 brothers & sisters.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 10:00 am at Holy Family Parish - St. John's Church, 1405 First Avenue, Middletown with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
