Chad C. Patrick

Chad C. Patrick, 40, of Franklin Twp. died Saturday August 9, 2008 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born March 16, 1968 in Middletown to parents Michael P. and Kathleen R. (Gallop) Patrick.

Mr. Patrick worked for a local printing company as a Head Pressman and was an advisor for Mid-Valley Riders 4-H. Chad enjoyed old rock, hunting, fishing, paintball, horses, 4 wheeling, scuba diving and most of all, goofing with his girls.

Chad is survived by his wife Sonya L. (Ball) Patrick, two daughters Caitlyn M. and Victoria L. Patrick, parents Michael and Kathleen Patrick, two brothers; Andrew B. (Kathy) Patrick and Philip M. (Melissa) Patrick, grandparents John C. and Rita M. Patrick, mother-in-law Sandra Ball, 2 brother-in-laws; Joe W. Ball and Kevin Ball, nephews; Max Patrick and Logan Ball, nieces; Cassie and Courtney Ball.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Charles and Shirley Gallop and father-in-law Jerry W. Ball.

Funeral service will be Tuesday August 12, 2008 at 11:00AM at Wilson Schramm Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt blvd. with Fr. Tom Shearer. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00-8:00PM at the funeral home.

Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
