Christopher A. Dorn

Christopher A. Dorn, 66, of Liberty Township, passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2022 at home, surrounded by his family. He was born in Middletown on February 7, 1956 to parents, Harold and Alberta (Steggeman) Dorn.

Chris worked as a Sprinkler Fitter for Cincinnati Dayton Fire Protection and was a member of Sprinkler Fitter Local #669 for 40 years. He was a 36 year member of AA.

Chris was a devoted husband and father who loved his family very much. He will be greatly missed by his wife, Catherine (Heidtman) Dorn; children, Wesley (Tiffany Casteel) Dorn, James Dorn, Kristina (Andrew Mancilla) Moya; grandchildren, Anthony, Madelyn, Naomi, Adam, Peyton, Chloe, Nadine, Ellie, Grace, Emma & Abigail; siblings, Paul (Deb) Dorn, Mary Stegeman, Peggy (Jerry) Lawson, Mark (Christine) Dorn, Barb (Ray) Brown, Tom (Julie) Dorn, Beth Shetter, Judy (Butch) Cain & Carolyn Dorn; and numerous nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his son, Matthew Dorn; and parents.

Memorial Service will be Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 11:30 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita), Middletown with Pastor Vaughn Lewis officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:30 am at the funeral home. Following the service there will be a reception for family and friends at Holy Trinity Parish Center 201 Clark Street, Middletown, OH 45042
