Crystal Rae Sherron

Crystal Rae Young Sherron, 66 of Fairfield Township, died on Friday, July 1, 2011, at Hospice of Hamilton. She was born November 9, 1944, to James E. and Christine G. (Turner) Young (both deceased) and married 45 years to John T. Sherron, whom she met at Lemon-Monroe High School. Graduated from Miami University. She retired from the University of Cincinnati in 2010. She lived around the world and raised three children: Catherine E. (Randy Bailey) Sherron, John T. (Cathy) Sherron III and Michael D. (Christel) Sherron. Also survived by four grandchildren: Samantha, Joseph, Jacob, and Adeline and two siblings James M. (Marya) Young and Robyn (Ross) Satriano. She loved her family, computer, gardening, genealogy, cooking, travel, camping and reading.

Visitation at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. Middletown, Tuesday, July 5, 2011 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, also visitation one hour prior to services. Funeral service Wednesday at 12:00 Noon at the funeral home. Burial at Woodside Cemetery.
