Dale Reed

Dale Reed, 95, of Otterbein, Lebanon died Wednesday, February 18, 2015, at home. He was born in Hagger, Kentucky on December 15, 1919 to parents John D. and Dora (Keeton) Reed.

Mr. Reed was a member of Blue Ball Presbyterian Church and retired from Amanda Elementary as the principal in 1977.

Mr. Reed is survived by his daughter, Janet Hess and granddaughter, Katy Hess.

Dale was preceded in death by his wife, Delphia; parents and brothers, Luther Reed & Bert Reed; sisters, Jessie Johnson, Vernice Zoeler, Zella Cox, Zona Johnson, Hester Patrick, Edna Sublett and Eulah Harris.

Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at 11:00 am at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Reverend Kevin Lawler officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. Interment will be at Arlington Memorial Gardens. Military honors by the Middletown Combined Honor Guard.
