Dallas L. (Byrge) Nance, 80, of Middletown, died Saturday, November 11, 2006, at Middletown Regional Hospital. She was born in Blue Diamond, Kentucky on October 14, 1926 to parents William and Linda (Roysden) Byrge.
Mrs. Nance worked as a caregiver and a homemaker, and was a devoted mother and grandmother.
Mrs. Nance is survived by three daughters, Jean (Larry) Jordan of Germantown, OH, Pat (Homer) Hollon of Middletown, OH and Sue (Johnnie) Hampton of Hamilton, OH, two sons, Bill (Annette) Burton of Trenton, OH and Jimmy Burton of Middletown, OH, two sisters, Ada Dunn of Bonnyman, KY and Zelma Campbell of Germantown, OH, a brother, Harold Byrge of Middletown, OH, twelve grandchildren, Scott Jordan, Sherri Gibbs, John, Steve, Billy and Kevin Hampton, Sandi and Curt Hollon, Sonny, Ricky and Chipper Burton and Margaret Garrison, 21 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Burton, a son Johnny Burton, three brothers, C.B., George and Cleo Byrge, two sisters, Esther Williams and Reba Hoskins.
Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.) Middletown, with Reverend Randy Wallace officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 6:00 - 9:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be at North Monroe cemetery, Monroe, OH.
