Dana Kaye Mynhier-Winstead

Dana Kaye Mynhier-Winstead, 39, of Middletown, died Monday, August 24, 2009, at Atrium Medical Center. She was born in Middletown on June 1, 1970 to parents Kenneth Daniel and Nancy L. (Reffitt) Mynhier.

Dana had worked for Advics for 16 years. She loved to cook and enjoyed camping and the outdoors.

She is survived by her husband, Dallas Winstead III; daughter, Kayla Marie Holman; mother, Nancy L. Mynhier; brother, Kenneth D. Mynhier II; sister, Regina S. Smith; grandmother, Mary M. Reffitt; three nephews, Christopher Smith, Daniel Smith and Kenneth Brady Mynhier; and two nieces, Cheyenne Mynhier and Kennedy Danielle Mynhier.

Dana was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Mynhier and grandparents, Delbert Reffitt and Albert & Florence Mynhier.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday, August 27, 2009 at 12:00 Noon at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 AM - 12:00 noon. Interment will be at North Monroe Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the Dana Winstead Memorial Fund, c/o Fifth Third Bank, 915 Elliott Dr., Middletown, Ohio 45044 to benefit her daughter, Kayla.
