David M. Donisi

David Mathew Donisi, 54, of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away on May 8, 2017, of natural causes. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on December 21, 1962 to Frederick Donisi and was a resident of Russellville for 18 years. David worked as a truck driver for Patriot Transportation, Russellville, Arkansas.

Mr. Donisi is survived by his wife, Teena Donisi; son, Jason (Jasmine) Ray; daughter, Mysti Ray; grandchildren, Makayla Ray and William Ray; brother, Tim (Joni) Donisi of Middletown; sister, Kim Donisi of Cincinnati; uncle, Tony (Sandy) Donisi of Franklin; aunt, Joann Bowman & Theresa Adams of Middletown and Frankie (Larry) Geese of Columbus; mother-in-law, Dorothy; his dog & best friend, Duke; and many other family members. He was preceded in death by his father, Frederick; grandparents, Philomena & Frank Donisi; and brother, Fred Donisi.

Prayer Service will be held Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Father John Civille officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.
