Deborah J. Phillips

Deborah Jean Phillips, 57, of Palm Harbor, Florida, died Monday, April 23, 2012, at home. She was born in Middletown, Ohio on November 26, 1954 to parents Thomas F. and Rose M. (Brenner) Walburg.

Debbie worked as Administrative Services Director at the Palm Harbor Library.

Mrs. Phillips is survived by her brothers, James (Sandra) Walburg & Joseph Walburg; nephews, James (Kerrie) Thornton, Jared Walburg, John (Kelly) Walburg & Matthew (Ciara) Walburg; nieces, Lauren Walburg, Alissa Walburg, Chloe Walburg, Caroline Walburg & Erica Walburg; step son, Michael (Donna) Phillips; and step daughters, Karen Hollister & Kim Steffen.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger L. Phillips in 2009; parents; and brother, Thomas F. Walburg Jr.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Parish - Holy Trinity Church, 201 Clark Street, Middletown with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be Monday evening from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown, and Tuesday morning from 9:00 – 10:00 am at Holy Trinity Church. Entombment will take place at a later date at Woodside Mausoleum.

A Memorial Service will be held Monday, April 30, 2012 at 7:00 pm at the Palm Harbor Library, 2330 Nebraska Ave., Palm Harbor, Florida.
