Derik A. Deming

Derik A. Deming, 42, of Middletown, died Monday, December 7, 2015, at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Tecumseh, Michigan on May 15, 1973 to parents John and Patricia (O'Brien) Deming.

Derik was an ordained minister with the Universal Light Church. He was also an Eagle Scout.

Mr. Deming is survived by his father, John (Ruth) Deming; daughter, Paige Elizabeth Deming; companion, Dawn Tabetha Smith; brothers, Timothy Deming, Mark (Mary) Deming & John Eric (Evangelia) Deming; nieces, Makenzie Deming, Monica Deming & Megan Saczynski; nephews, Timothy Deming Jr., Gerasimos "Mikey" Deming & Alexandros Deming; and close friends, Josh, Sandra, Brendon Nerenberg and Andrew Jones.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Deming.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 3:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00 - 3:00 pm.
