Donald E. Alleman

Donald E. "Don" Alleman, 96, of Monroe, died on Monday, March 31, 2025 at Ohio Living Mt. Pleasant. He was born in Mansfield, Ohio on January 7, 1929 to parents, Donald and Clara Olivene (Estey) Alleman.

Don earned his bachelor's degree and worked for Libby Owens Ford & BASF as a lab technician. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp.

Don loved his family and will be missed by his devoted wife of 68 years, Lynne E. (Carpenter) Alleman; son, Bert (Nancy) Alleman; daughters, Sarah Alleman, Jenny (Wes) Souders, Julie (Vural Isiker) Alleman; and grandchildren, Benjamin Souders, Can Barmanbek & Oya Isiker.

In addition to his parents, Don was preceded in death by his brother, Marion Alleman.

A Celebration of Life will be held on August 16, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mary Kittredge Chapel at Ohio Living Mt. Pleasant, 225 Britton Lane, Monroe.
