Donald E. Evans

Donald E. Evans, 71, a resident of Otterbein-Lebanon Retirement Community, died Monday, November 5, 2007. He was born in Franklin, on May 3, 1936 to parents Curtis and Addie (Hunter) Evans.

Mr. Evans worked as a store manager for King Kwik and United Dairy Farmers.

Donald is survived by his family, Vicki Earley-Evans; four daughters, Teresa (Kenny) Haddix, Tammy (Ric) Wallace, Jennifer (Bruce) Westmeyer, and Dianne (Dan) Isbell; one son, Rob (Sara) Evans; 15 grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Carole Evans.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Curtis Evans and Addie (Cline) Adams; and brother, Robert Evans.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, November 8, 2007 at 10:00 AM at Otterbein Retirement Community Chapel, 585 North State Route 741, Turtlecreek Township, with Reverend Jean Carrol officiating.

Memorial donations may be made to the Otterbein Life Care Fund or the Adult Day Care Services, 580 North State Route 741, Lebanon, Ohio 45036
