Dorin D. Jensen

Dorin "Bill" Jensen, 87, of Middletown, died on August 26, 2002, at Willow Knoll Retirement Community. He was born in Middletown, on August 2, 1915 to parents Raymond and Katherine (Shartle) Jensen.

Mr. Jensen was a machinist for General Motors for 10 years and was a U.S. Navy veteran serving during World War II. He was a member of the American Legion Post #218, the DAV Chapter #131 and an avid flea market trader.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Hazel M. (James) Jensen, and a brother, Bob Ratliff.

He is survived by three sons: William D. (Brenda) Jensen of Middletown, James C. (Betty) Jensen of Middletown, and Thomas C. (Patsy) Jensen of Franklin; 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday, August 29, 2002 at 2:00 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr. Visitation will be Thursday, August 29, 2002 one hour before the service from 1-2 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
