Doris Conway

Doris Eileene Wells Conway, 79, died Saturday at the Frankin Ridge Nursing Home. She had been in ill health for several years. Doris lived most of her life here in Middletown. She graduated from Middletown High School in 1941 and worked in early years at the John Ross Store and later at the downtown McAlpins store.
Doris was preceded in death by her husband Frank J. Conway in 1997, and her parents Reese and Eva (Bake) Wells. She is survived by her son Frank Christopher (Terry) Conway; two daughters Diane J. (Charles) Williams and Deborah Lynn Conway; one brother Bob (Nancy) Wells; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
