Dorothy M. Fitzpatrick, 76, of Middletown, died Monday, at Kensington Place.
Mrs. Fitzpatrick was preceded in death by her husbands Raymond F. Allen in 1951 and Clyde Fitzpatrick in 1972 and her parents, Fred and Rachel Allen.
She is survived by her sons Fred (Joan) Allen and Dale (Wanda) Fitzpatrick and grandchildren Tracy Allen, Rachel Allen, and Emma Fitzpatrick.
Reverend James Kinser will officiate the funeral service.
