Douglas A. Mcintire

Douglas A. McIntire, 57, of Middletown, died Sunday, October 30, 2011, at his residence. He was born in Middletown on August 15, 1954 to parents Robert and Dorothy (Amburgy) McIntire.

Doug worked for Kroger for 38 years. He served his country as a sergeant in the United States Air Force.

Mr. McIntire is survived by his daughters, Holly McIntire, Kelly McIntire, Emmy Lakes & Jody Clark; son, Jansen Perry; sister, Pamela Calhoun; stepsister, Beverly Gail Shepherd; stepbrothers, Mike Merriman & David Merriman; best friend, Robin Roberts; Holly & Kelly's mom, Angela Blaine; and many other loving family & friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Gary McIntire; friend, Roger Roberts; stepmother, Catherine McIntire; & stepsister, Sharon Gayhart.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday, November 3, 2011 at 12:00 Noon at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 am - 12:00 noon. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
