Earle Holcomb

Earle Holcomb, 85, of Middletown, died Sunday, October 21, 2007, at University Hospital. He was born in Booneville, Kentucky on March 31, 1922 to parents Henry and Susan (Napier) Holcomb.

Mr. Holcomb worked for Armco Steel Corp for 38 years, retiring in 1983. He was a veteran of the United States Navy.

Earle is survived by his two children, Gale Holcomb and Alan (Jean) Holcomb; one grandson, Brian Holcomb; special extended family, Jennifer Reid and Judy Jarvis; as well as many other loving friends & family.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann (Albano) Holcomb; his parents; and four sisters.

Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, October 24, 2007 at 10:00 AM at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
