Edith A. Finkelman

Edith A. Finkelman, 88, died Monday, at her residence.
Mrs. Finkelman was a member of Temple Beth Shalom, the Sisterhood Council, Hadassah, and was a grey lady at Middletown Regional Hospital. She served as a trustee on the board of the Sorg Opera Company and as president of Sol Finkelman, Inc. She enjoyed and had great interest in the fine arts.
Edith was preceded in death by her husband Sol A. Finkelman on September 30, 1975. She was also preceded in death by her parents and brothers Dr. Milton Roberts and Dr. Bernard Roberts.
She is survived by her son Dr. Ross L. (Lois) Finkelmans; daughter Nicki S. (Stephen) Finkelman-Gividen; grandchildren David (Alysa) Finkelman, Karen (Chris) Chuchill, and Peter Finkelman; and great grandchildren Jacob & Andrew Finkelman and Lucas & Julian Churchill.
Rabbinic Intern Amy Greenbaum will officiate the funeral service.

Shivah will be held at Edith Finkelman's home on Wednesday and Thursday at 6:30 PM.
