Edith Horn

Edith Horn, 90, of Middletown, died Thursday, April 19, 2007, at Mt. Pleasant Retirement Village. She was born in Menifee County, Kentucky on August 29, 1916 to parents Perry and Mary (Botts) Wells.

Mrs. Horn was a homemaker and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, & sister.

She is survived by three sons, Tom (Bonnie) Horn and Richard (Gail) Horn, both of Middletown, and David (Sharon) Horn of Louisville, KY; one sister, Delta Buchanan; grandchildren, Mark, Dan, Trevor, & Jeff Horn, and Stephanie Taulbee; great grandchildren, Shannon, Kyle, Alex, & Taylor Allison Horn; and numerous nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Horn in 2002; her parents; sisters, Martha Chambers, Pearl Squires, and Thelma Horn; brothers, Roy Wells, Reese Wells, Kenneth Wells, and Dewey Wells.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, April 21, 2007 at 10:00 AM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.) with Reverend Bob Clark and Kevin Lawler officiating. Visitation will be Friday, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
