Edith M. Crosson

Edith M. Crosson, 80, of Madison Township, died Sunday, June 18, 2017. She was born in Middletown on May 12, 1937 to parents Willard and Almeda (Long) Chippendale.

Edith had worked in housekeeping at Otterbein - Lebanon for 20 years, retiring in 2007.

Ms. Crosson is survived by her daughters, Julie Hamm, Kathy (Larry) Chamberlain, Brenda (Glen) Lakins & Penny Slusser; 13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her son, Jeff Loop; parents; brothers, Robert Chippendale, Gene Chippendale & Charles Chippendale; and sisters, Mildred Estridge, Mary Ellen Connery & Carol Ponder.

Memorial service will be held Monday, June 26, 2017 at 11:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr., Middletown with Pastor Jamie Cagg officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:00 am. Inurnment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
