Edward M. "Mick" Neeley, 64, of Hamilton, died Sunday, October 24, 2010, at home. He was born in Cincinnati on September 24, 1946 to parents Lawrence and Elma (Thomas) Neeley.
Mick worked as an operations manager for Crane America and also had worked at Armco for 22 years. He served his country in the United States Army during Vietnam and received a Purple Heart.
Mr. Neeley is survived by his wife, Tricia (Mynhier) Neeley; sons, Bradley M. (Tracy) Neeley and Jeffrey L. (Mandy) Neeley; mother, Elma Brynes; sister, Janet Bowling; parents-in-law, Edward & Shirley Mynhier; brother-in-law, Jim & Beth Mynhier; and grandchildren, Matthew, Meghan & Cameron Neeley and "J.J.".
He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Neeley.
The family wishes to extend special thanks to Hospice Care of Middletown and Jen & Mary from Visiting Angels.
Funeral Service will be held Friday, October 29, 2010 at 10:00 am at First Presbyterian Church, 2910 Central Ave., Middletown with Reverend L. Timothy Doty and Reverend Dave Jackson officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown, OH. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
