Elaine Elrod

Elaine Elrod, 57, of Middletown, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at UC Health Drake Center. She was born in Middletown on August 30, 1967 to parents, David and Patricia (Wigginton) Elrod.

Elaine had worked in product distribution for the Avon Cosmetic Company. She enjoyed shopping, camping and cooking, even though she loved to eat out even more. She was a big fan of college basketball, especially the North Carolina Tar Heels, and also Cincinnati Reds baseball.

Elaine is survived by her mother, Patricia Elrod; sister, Karen (Fritz) Sunberg; niece, Kelcie (Jeremy) Craig; nephew, David (Cheyenne) Mathis; great nieces, Aunalyn "Mylo" Craig & Gabby Mathis; great nephew, Theo Mathis; her beloved dog, Sadie; and many other family & friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Elrod.

Funeral Service will be Monday, November 18, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown, with Pastor Jim Winters officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 12:00 noon - 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Grace Memorial Gardens.
