Eleanora E. Meehan

Eleanora E. Meehan, 98, of Middletown, died Tuesday, April 12, 2005, at Middletown Regional Hospital. She was born in Miamisburg, on October 13, 1906 to Edward and Bertha (Dye) Haller.

Mrs. Meehan was a member of Holy Family Parish - Holy Trinity Church. She was an avid golfer at Forest Hills and enjoyed playing bingo. She was a former member of Middletown Senior Citizens.

Eleanora is survived by two daughters, Donna (Harold) Kay McDougall of Bradenton, FL and Patricia (Herbert) Puls of Farmersville, OH; two sons, Joseph (Frances) Meehan of Hamilton, OH, and Thomas (Billy) Meehan of S. Pasadena, FL; 16 grandchildren; 57 great grandchildren; and 8 great great grandchildren; a special nephew Mack(Irene) Bowman of Concord VA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Meehan in 1979; her parents; brothers, Paul & Thurman Haller; and sister, Zola Mae Roth.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, April 16, 2005 at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Parish - Holy Trinity Church with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be Friday, from 5-8 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr., Middletown. Entombment will be at Woodside Mausoleum.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Holy Family Parish, 201 Clark St., Middletown, OH 45042.
