Elizabeth E. Phillips, 90, formerly of Middletown, passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Sayre Christian Village in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born in Northampton, Massachusetts on September 10, 1932 to parents, Thomas J. and Mary M. (Bogdanowicz) Sulinski.
Elizabeth had a wonderful spirit and was very good at taking care of others, which is why she had a great career as a registered nurse. She had worked at Middletown Regional Hospital and later retired from Mt. Pleasant in Monroe. She was an avid UK fan and also enjoyed spending time sewing, quilting, cross-stitching, sketching and painting.
Elizabeth is survived by her son, Michael E. (Pris) Phillips; daughters, Margaret M. (Tom) Wilson & Elizabeth A. (Michael) Asher; grandchildren, Amy (Todd) Barry, Lindsey (Mark) Marwil, Nick Phillips, Adrian (Davin) Wilson, Ethan Wilson, Mary (Dillon) Leisure & Jennifer Asher; great grandchildren, Nolan, Clyde, Leroy & Roman; and many other loving family & friends.
She was preceded in death by beloved husband, Clyde Phillips; parents; and brother, Thomas J. Sulinski, Jr..
Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, February 6, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Parish - Holy Trinity Church, 201 Clark Street, Middletown, Ohio with Father Paul Gebhardt as celebrant. Visitation will be one hour prior to the mass from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at the church. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
