Evelyn C. Lacy

Evelyn Carolotta (Wahley) Lacy was born on May 18, 1933 in Cincinnati at the hospital located at 3561 Montgomery Road. She was a very kind hearted, good person with good morals. Ones that will be dearly missed. She was a very hard working woman growing up, she would be sure the job got done right the first time, no matter how hard it was to complete. She truly never gave up on anything.

Evelyn was a wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend. She lived 84 years, she was a month shy of 85 years old. She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Lacy; her only son, Robert L. Lacy II and daughter-in-law, Trisha Lynn Lacy; grandchildren, Robert Lee Lacy Jr. and Samantha Lacy; her one great grandchild, Emma Rae Pendergrass; and sisters, Jeanie and Cynthia.

Evelyn passed on to be with the Lord Monday morning, the day after Easter, at 7:30 am. She will be greatly missed by her loved ones and family members. She is no longer suffering or in pain. She is with her mother and grandmother, two people she truly missed. Rest In Peace.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, April 6, 2018 at 11:00 am at Butler County Memorial Park Chapel, Wayne Township with Deacon John Lyons officiating. Interment will follow.
