Fay Agoston

Florence "Fay" Agoston, 93, of Middletown, died Monday, October 13, 2014, at her residence. She was born in Okeana, Ohio on August 24, 1921 to parents Nathanial and Lovena (Hannon) Couchman.

Fay was a member of Holy Family Parish - St. John's Church.

Mrs. Agoston is survived by her sons, Tony (Lisa) Agoston & Tom (Peggy) Agoston; daughter, Jana (Steve) Cavanaugh; grandchildren, Amy (Tom) Eads, Jason (Samantha) Agoston, Leslie Agoston, Kristine Agoston, Kayla (Tim Worley) Agoston, Shannon (Bret) Seipel, Shawna (Jason) Tobias, Sarah (Anthony) Farthing, Stephen Cavanaugh & Janie (Jason) Privet; and great grandchildren, Alexis, Kennedy, Karys, Kiaya, Hayden, Jaxson, Adley, Emma, Mason, Benjamin & Kason.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Agoston; daughter, Kathy Roach; parents; brothers, John & Ray Couchman and sister, Frances Crawford.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 9:30 am at Holy Family Parish - St. John's Church, 1405 First Avenue, Middletown with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be Friday from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
